Customer please service me

On my way home after having dinner, emak told me that one of the shop around the area that we passed by were being shot for manjalara. Don't ask me what is manjalara but since i am a nice girl, I will tell youlah, manjalara is a series about an overweight girl who were envied by some of her relatives. Haih, not importantla ok. What is important is that emak told me, the owner of the shop keep mantain her tonyok face as usual even if she was on some series.


Ok. I told my emak, maybe her face is like that, I mean she can't help being tonyok kalau Tuhan dah bagi ye tak? But emak said no, no! Yelah memang Tuhan dah kurniakan tapi dia boleh tuka muka tonyok dia tu kalau die senyum and layan customer dengan baik. When her customers asked her about certain product, she will dengan tonyoknya menunjuk dengan tonyok sekali without even smiling.


I get her. I also hate those people who berniaga tapi macam tanak berniaga. Like when you asked " kaler merah ada tak?" and that person buat tak dengar or cakap "kejap ye" tanpa datang-datang balik. Or when you go to the kedai, they were busy smsing or tengok cd/dvd dekat pc, or main ps2 and macam marah when they see you come in. Macam lancahla. Kalau nak tengok movie balikla woi.


And I also remember this one grocery shop in my neighbourhood, it was there since I was very small but now no morelah. The grocery belongs to this husband and wife yang sangat garangggggggggggggg. Kau tua ke, kau muda ke dia tetap akan garang. Dengan muka yang garang dan masam the wife would ask you


"Nak apa?"


If you were small kids, mampus kaula dia tak layan. I remember how scared I was if I had to go to their shop if the other kedai ran out of things from my list.Tengok muka macik tu pon aku dah cuak.


Maybe because of their kemasaman and competition from other shops, they had to close down their business. Siapa nak beli dowh kalau selalu kene tengking?


Now don't fucking tell me that I've never been in their circle coz I did. Aku penah jual cd, jual baju and apa tah tak ingat. Memang keadaannya amat cibai tapi takdela aku buat muka taik bila customer datang or ignorekan aje. Malas tu memangla ada but still..atleast senyumlaa kalau tahap malas sangat. But, sempatlah aku dating dengan seekor rempit ni [sumpah aku tatau die rempit and it happened once only. I promise!!]


Kalau dah malas tahap tak boleh nak layan, benti jela, macam aku. Hehe


But who doesn't love good customer service? Now, this is why I like little italian kitchen, the owner is always smiling and will go to your table to ask if you were satisfied with your food and have some chit chat. Also I love this one cute chica in my fav japanese restaurant sakura fuji. Her service is the bestla plus her smile can make me smile also. So sweet.


And she remembered what I like to order plus she also suggest something to go with that something I like, instead of letting me order the usual combo.
